A Perth-based motor trimming industry has initiated a very own range of protective machine covers to the Queensland mining sector which are conserving some of the state's biggest businesses big bucks in substitution parts and preventative maintenance fees.

"That's why we've developed our ram covers to be efficiently installed, they leak on and are secured either side by a patented clamp; the entire process usually takes about 45 minutes and can rise the life of the rod and seals by two to three times.
"Given that an excavator ram can cost you in added amount of $50,000, the rate savings are pretty impressive, this is why the need for our covers is rapidly increasing."
One of the first companies to match the protective covers to its total truck fleet was Western-Australia based FMG, at its mine in far north WA.
Rio Tinto in Queensland and has simply placed a mass order for the sleeves, which MMT is manufacturing in a range of safety colors, including yellow and orange.
"We're discovering that the more progressive businesses are seeing the massive cost benefits, and our orders have extra by 20 per cent simply because first launching into the Queensland market only six months ago," Mr Spouge added.
"We're as well working with a number of the bigger miners to custom design preventative sleeves for other plant and machinery, and this bespoke, tailor-made service is a location which we will be looking to increase into in the future."
The evaluation and creation work performed by MMT on the protective ram covers is an addition to the company's core industry, which is based on the supply, installation and maintenance of premium suspension seats and also seating products to the Australian mining, design, engineering, building and transport sectors.
